A Statement Regarding the Extradition of Sheikh Abu Hamza Al-Masri, May Allah Release Him, to the United States of America
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Universe, and may prayers and peace be upon the noblest of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and on all of his family and companions. Thereafter:
The unjust ruling by the British judiciary to extradite Sheikh Abu Hamza al-Masri and his brothers to the United States of America is a clear indication of the blatant Western aggression and hatred of Islam and Muslims. The leadership of the Shabaab al-Mujahideen Movement is committed to seeking any means possible to release the Muslim Ulama, headed by the imprisoned scholar Sheikh Umar Abdul Rahman, may Allah release him. We Muslims are bound together by a strong bond, the bond of the religion and Aqeedah, and the cause of liberating Muslim prisoners is an obligation upon every Muslim. The Shabaab al-Mujahideen Movement urges Muslims generally, and particularly those who reside in the lands of the West, to be quick in liberating and releasing the imprisoned brothers and sisters in the prisons of the infidels. It is unacceptable for Muslims to live at ease in the same countries where their brothers suffer in the darkness of their prisons. The time has come for the Muslims in the United States of America and in Britain to take on their role and shake off the dust of humiliation and disgrace that enveloped them a long time ago. Our Messenger, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, said, “Free the captives,” meaning any prisoner. Britain will bear the consequences of its sinful act, and we will make it forget, with Allah's permission, all the catastrophes that have befallen it previously.
O Allah, the Revealer of the Book, the Maker of the clouds, the Vanquisher of the parties, Who vanquished the Crusaders and their apostate allies.
O Allah, make them and their equipment booty for the Muslims.
O Allah, annihilate them and make them tremble.
O Allah, You are our Helper, and You are our Protector. O Allah, we attack with You, we move about with You, and we fight with You.
And Allah is the Greatest.
{But honour belongs to Allah and His Messenger, and to the Believers; but the Hypocrites know not.}

بيان بخصوص ترحيل الشيخ أبو حمزة المصري فك الله أسره إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعد:
إن الحكم الجائر من القضاء البريطاني بترحيل الشيخ أبو حمزة المصري وإخوانه إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية يعد علامة واضحة على العداء والحقد الغربي السافر للإسلام والمسلمين، وإن قيادة حركة الشباب المجاهدين ملتزمة بالسعي لإتخاذ أي وسيلة ممكنة لإطلاق سراح علماء المسلمين وعلى رأسهم العالم الأسير الشيخ عمر عبد الرحمن فك الله أسره، فنحن المسلمون تربطنا علاقة قوية وهي علاقة الدين والعقيدة وقضية تحرير المسلمين الأسرى واجبة على كل مسلم، وإن حركة الشباب المجاهدين تحث المسلمين عامة وخاصة الذين يقيمون في ديار الغرب للإسراع في تحرير وإطلاق سراح الأسرى من الإخوة والأخوات في سجون الكفار فليس من المقبول أن يعيش المسلمون مطمئنين في نفس البلاد التي يعاني فيها إخوانهم داخل غياهب سجونها، ولقد آن الأوان للمسلمين في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وفي بريطانيا أن يأخذوا دورهم وينفضوا غبار الذل والهوان الذي غشيهم منذ زمن طويل فلقد قال رسولنا صلى الله عليه وسلم (فكوا العاني) أي الأسير، وستتحمل بريطانيا نتيجة فعلتها الآثمة هذه وسننسيها بإذن الله كل المصائب التي حلت بها من قبل.
اللهم منزل الكتاب مجري السحاب هازم الأحزاب، اهزم الصليبيين ومن حالفهم من المرتدين.
اللهم اجعلهم وعتادهم غنيمة للمسلمين.
اللهم دمّرهم و زلزلهم.
اللهم أنت عضدنا وأنت نصيرنا،اللهم بك نصول وبك نجول وبك نقاتل.
والله أكبر
